1.1.5 Left Bar

The Left Bar is the main workspace for 2.1 Project Tools. Each tool you enable in the 1.1.4 Tool Tab appears here as a vertical tab. Open a tab to manage layers, themes, presentations, camera, memos, and analytics.

Below are the project tools commonly found on the Left Bar:

• 2.1.1 Project Info & Presentation — project landing page, metadata, and slide presentations
• 2.1.2 Series — iterate over map features and show attribute-driven content
• 2.1.3 Themes — save and restore map states (layers, camera, basemap, shadow)
• 2.1.4 Layers — add, order, group, and style map layers
• 2.1.5 Memo — place geolocated notes and discussion threads on the map
• 2.1.7 Camera — sun/shadow simulation and field-of-view settings
• 2.1.8 Feature Info — calculate statistics and pivot summaries for selected features
